By accessing and using Invoice Max, you accept and agree to these terms without limitation or qualification.

No Refunds

Invoice Max operates a strict no-refund policy. All payments made on the Invoice Max platform are final and non-refundable once processed — without any exception, regardless of the plan purchased (Starter, Pro, Premium, or Enterprise).

Invoice Max does not offer refunds, reversals, partial credits, pro-rata adjustments, or any form of compensation under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental or duplicate purchases
  • Non-usage of the subscription
  • Dissatisfaction with features or performance
  • Technical issues on the user's end
  • Business closure, shutdown, or discontinuation
  • Unawareness of terms and conditions at the time of purchase
  • Switching to another platform or service

We strongly encourage all users to review the plan features and pricing carefully on our website before completing any payment. Once a subscription is activated, Invoice Max is under no obligation to refund any amount under any circumstances.

Promotional & Discounted Plans

Purchases made under any exclusive offer, limited-time deal, promotional pricing, or discounted bundle are strictly non-refundable and considered final. No exceptions will be made for such transactions.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a user initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider without prior communication with Invoice Max, we reserve the right to permanently suspend or terminate the user's account immediately. Invoice Max will provide all necessary transaction records and evidence to contest any such chargeback.

Payment Errors

Invoice Max acts solely as a billing platform. Any payment made erroneously — including payments to a wrong account, for a wrong amount, or under a wrong plan — cannot be reversed or refunded by Invoice Max under any circumstances. Users are solely responsible for verifying all payment details before completing a transaction.

Third-Party Integrations

Refunds are not applicable for any features or services involving third-party integrations, including but not limited to Razorpay, WhatsApp, custom domains, custom email, APIs, and similar services. These rely on external providers and once initiated, no refund processing is possible from our end.

Right to Modify

Invoice Max reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
